New blades can still streak if the glass has oily film, the blade is not seated correctly or the wiper arm pressure is uneven. Clean the windshield and blade edge first, then inspect installation before replacing parts again.
Use a clean microfiber towel and an automotive glass cleaner, working on a cool windshield. A second dry towel helps remove oily film and streaks; avoid dressings or household products that leave residue near the glass.
